Creative, ethical, and imaginative master faculty

Faculty will be drawn from higher education, science, engineering, and business. A significant number will hold masters or doctoral degrees. Teachers will serve as mentor-advisors to students.

The student:teacher ratio will be approximately 13:1 in non-lab classes.

Currently, the Faculty and Staff subcommittee is developing its recruitment, selection, and promotion recommendations. Once completed, the subcommittee will provide the board with recommendations to generate job postings for core positions. Board and leadership recognize the need to give as careful thought and research to nurturing creative, ethical, and imaginative faculty and staff who understand and integrate the humanities as it does to nurturing creative, ethical, and imaginative STEAM student leaders who understand and integrate the humanities.

The Faculty and Staff subcommittee is made up of a mix of dedicated secondary and higher education, business, science and engineering, and humanities experts.
